Jaw Not Moving

  • Make sure the device is powered on fully.

  • Check that no objects are blocking the jaw.

  • Restart Bone Daddy™ to reset the animation.

Eyes Not Glowing

  • Confirm the device is plugged in and Wi-Fi connected.

  • If one or both eyes are dim, restart the device.

  • If the issue continues, contact support  LED replacement may be required.

General Tips

  • A quick power cycle (unplug for 10 seconds, then plug back in) often fixes minor glitches.

  • Keep the device indoors and dry,  moisture can damage the moving parts and LEDs.
