Nextfriend.ai Limited Warranty

1. Coverage

Nextfriend.ai (“Nextfriend,” “we,” “our”) warrants that all Nextfriend devices (including Bone Daddy™, Jack Havoc™, and other seasonal AI décor products) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

2. What We Will Do

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period and you submit a valid claim, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the device at no charge,

  • Replace it with a new or refurbished device of equal value, or

  • Issue a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and credits already consumed).

3. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.

  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading).

  • Issues caused by using the device with non-approved accessories, power supplies, or software.

  • Commercial or continuous use beyond reasonable residential operation unless you have purchased an extended/commercial-use warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us at 📧 info@nextfriend.ai with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video evidence.

  2. We may provide troubleshooting steps to verify the defect.

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with shipping instructions.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the defect is confirmed within 30 days of delivery.

5. Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Any replacement device is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from replacement, whichever is longer.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the device. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of credits, data, or usage).

6. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Consumer rights may vary depending on jurisdiction, and this warranty does not limit rights under applicable local law.
