Your Nextfriend updates automatically over Wi-Fi with new stories, voices, and seasonal features—no extra steps required.

Some features require Wi-Fi, like updates and interactive content, but Bone Daddy™ will still work as a fun animated display if you’re offline.

All Nextfriend characters include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, contact us within 30 days for a replacement 
or full refund.

Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
