No Sound

  • Make sure Bone Daddy™ is plugged in and powered on.

  • Confirm your Wi-Fi connection is active (AI voice requires Wi-Fi).

  • Restart Bone Daddy™ to reset audio.

Distorted or Weak Sound

  • Ensure the power adapter is firmly connected.

  • Move Bone Daddy™ away from walls or objects that may block the speaker.

  • Restart the device if distortion continues.

Microphone Not Picking Up Voice

  • Stand within 3–6 feet of the skeleton when speaking.

  • Say the wake word clearly: “Awaken.”

  • Reduce background noise (TV, music, fans) during use.

  • Restart the device if the microphone becomes unresponsive.
